Marks Sattin have had an excelent opportunity for an Accounts Administrator on a contract basis. As part of the accounts team, you will be responsible for handling bank allocations, receipts and invoices. You will be a logical problem solver who plays well as part of a team to deliver excellent financial controls and administration.

Top line duties to include:

• Bank account allocations
• Receipt allocation to ledger - applying invoices and solving problems
• Invoicing
• Promotion of financial controls processes across the business

Skills we are looking for:

• Quality driven eye for detail with the ability to manage and adapt to a range of tasks
• Problem solving skills
• Familiar with sales and purchase ledger processes
• Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Office Excel experience essential (intermediate/advanced)
• Confident working toward deadline
