A specialist investment management company is looking for a accounts assistant to join them on a 6 month contract, due to an increase in workload.

You will be working within the corporate finance team reporting directly into the financial controller. Responsibilities will include raising all sales invoices and working directly with the accounts payable and treasury teams.

Your Main duties will include:

• Processing foreign payments
• Book all purchase orders and match against invoices
• Create and issue sales invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Deal with all invoice queries

Requirements:

• You will be part qualified CIMA/ACCA or Equivalent or finalist
• Previous knowledge of using SUN/Vision is preferable
• Experince of working within the financial services is desirable
