Accounts Assistant

£18,000 - 20,000 + flexible benefits + study support. Leeds

A rapidly growing private healthcare business has recently acquired a new arm to the business that has significantly increased the resources needed within the finance team. Due to this growth they are hiring a number of positions including an accounts assistant role with study support.

As an important part of the transactional finance function, you will be expected to be able to work autonomously and effectively manage & prioritise day to day tasks in an all around role within a demanding industry

Furthermore, you will be working within an existing team of 8-10 split into accounts payable and accounts receivables clerks. Your duties will combine both sides of the ledger - You will be expected to deal with high volume invoice processing, raising invoices, dealing complex queries and reconciliations and many other duties encompassed within an all around accounts assistant position.

Ideally you will have at least a years experience dealing with either AP or AR process and a desire to progress and develop your finance career.

In return you will regularly work on a one on one capacity with the financial controller and offered study support through either AAT, ACCA or CIMA.
