A globally recognised retail company are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their expanding team of 15 on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step up in their career and who has a real passion for the industry. The company are based in Central London and are looking for someone to start immediately.

Key Duties:

• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Liaising with suppliers and answering and possible queries they have
• Supplier reconciliation
• Processing prepayments
• Liaising with suppliers and answering any potential queries
• Cash allocations
• Bank reconciliations of multiple accounts
• Assist the finance manager with ad hoc tasks

You will have minimum of 2 years experience in a transactional accounts role, be hard working and have the ability to work well in a team. It is desirable that you have good knowledge of SAP and be confident using Excel.
