Marks Sattin have partnered exclusively with a IT Solutions business based in Reading. Due to business growth they are now looking to expand the purchase ledger team. This role would suit someone with prior experience within purchase ledger.

Key Responsbilites

• Posting & scanning accounts payable invoices
• Collating invoices for payment runs
• Ensure the accurate and timely authorisation and processing of all accounts payable invoices
• Supplier Reconciliations
• Assist with setting up payment runs
• Assist with monitoring the ledger and clear negative balances
• Ensure calls through to finance are managed and re-directed appropriately
• Supplier Queries
• Ensure central mailboxes are monitored and managed
• Assist with the management of Corporate Traveller accounts
• Filing

Key skills required:

• Ability to handle suppliers at both an operational and senior level
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills - presentation, written and verbal
• Excellent IT literacy particularly Work and Excel
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards even when under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable to new concepts and methods of working.
