A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a global Advertising company in Central London on a 3 month contract. The role will be working in a busy finance processing payments for over 200 suppliers globally. One exciting element of the role is working closely AP supervisor looking at improving areas of the AP process.

Key Responsibilities

• Checking and processing staff expenses on a weekly basis

• Building relationships with internal departments

• Working with suppliers globally within different markets and multi currencies

• Making sure weekly payments are completed are per company deadlines

• Assisting with other ad hoc duties

Key Skills

• Experience of working within a media/advertising background desirable

• Previous experience within Finance essential

• Ability to work within a fast paced environment

• Experience of dealing with multi currencies
