A fast growing travel business based in central London is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to their business group finance division.

You will be responsible for managing supplier accounts, processing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier statements, managing the company expenses, ensuring compliance with HMRC and company procedures, dealing with supplier queries, creditor reconciliations and ensuring suppliers are paid on time, dealing with year-end queries and additional ad hoc duties.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12-18 months working in accounts payable. You will have the ability to work well as a team as well as independently and must have good communication skills and confident when working with non-finance staff and suppliers. Strong Excel skills are essential and knowledge of Sage 200 would be beneficial.
