A Fantastic opportunity has a risen with a global travel company based in Kingston. You will be reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager working in a busy transactional environment part of a team of 20 processing a high number of supplier statement reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• High number of transactions processed on a daily basis

• Working on the supplier side reconciling supplier statements

• Reconciling statements from different currencies ensuring payment are made promptly

• Identifying any differences from payments made and sent for further investigation asap

• You will be assisting external partners should they experience any difficulties with any payment issues.

Key Skills

• Extensive excel skills essential

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment a must

• Working to deadlines important

• High attention to detail

• Experience of supplier statement reconciliations essential
