Start your job searchAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior accounts payable assistant to join an Advertising agency in Central London on a 1 month contract with the opportunity to go permanent. You will be part of a growing accounts payable team in a fact paced environment with the opportunity to grow into the role. One of the exciting elements of the role would be working with AP Supervisor to develop improvements to the AP processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate processing, reconciling and payment of supplier and contractor invoices
- Building relationships with international suppliers, many different markets and dealing in multiple currencies
- Maintaining all email inboxes
- Making sure the weekly payment schedule in completed in line with department deadlines
- Checking and processing of staff expenses on a weekly basis
Key Skills
- 1 year experience within accounts payable role
- Media experience desirable
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Self starter/forward thinking
- Maconomy experience desirable not essential
