Marks Sattin are currently working with a growing business in Oxford, Abingdon who are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on an initial 3 Month Contract basis with the potential to be extended further. The role is full-time, Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week and offers free parking on site.

Duties involve:

  • Processing for two companies, supplier invoices, employee expenses and credit card expenses accurately and timely, matching to orders where appropriate and filing.
  • Following up with approval queries.
  • Credit card statement reconciliation
  • Supplier statement reconciliations. Responding to supplier queries
  • Maintenance of purchase ledger
  • Ad hoc tasks and administrative duties

To be considered for this position, you will need to have previous Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable experience with a high volume of invoice processing, whilst also be highly organised and have intermediate IT skills.

Experience of Exchequer and Javelin Systems would also be an advantage.
