A small FMCG business located in Central London is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join ASAP. This is a short term temporary role to cover an employee on jury service (expected length 2-4 weeks).

Typical duties will include:

• entering invoices into accounting system
• processing expenses
• preparing supplier statement reconciliations
• resolving queries
• preparing weekly payment runs
• sending remittances as required
• setting up new suppliers
• multicurrency bank reconciliations (GBP, EUR, USD)
• other ad hoc tasks

This is a short term temporary role. You must be available to start immediately and to commit for the time period required.
