The Business

The company was established in 2014 as the platform for expanding the parent company into the UK Energy Market and due to recent acquisitions is now the 6^th largest energy supplier in the UK.

Where you fit in…

You'll be joining a developing fast pace business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working:

Role:

• Taking responsibility and managing AP functions
• Making sure that invoices are processed in a timely manner with a degree of accuracy
• Documenting processes and controls, including SAP AP process flows
• Amend current processes and make recommendations where necessary
• Work closely with the Systems Analyst to understand the SAP system carve out from an AP perspective

What you need?

You'll need to have extensive accounts payable experience with a good understanding of AP controls and intermediate Excel skills. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage with key stakeholders across multiple sites and locations. The ability to use your own initiative and attention to detail is a must while having a hardworking, proactive and positive approach. The ideal candidate will have an accounting qualification and a strong understanding of SAP however this is not essential.
