A world leading Private Equity firm are looking for an Accounts Payable to join their London office. This opportunity is a great chance to position yourself within Private Equity whilst playing an integral part of the finance team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for processing approximately 400 invoices & T&Es per month in weekly payment runs within the Peoplesoft financial system
• Entry and management of European deal invoices through Concur invoice software
• Management of weekly payment run including running of prior and post payment reports
• Invoice analysis in Excel; including VLOOKUPS, IF Functions and pivot tables
• Vendor statement reconciliations, ensuring all queries are resolved in a timely manner
• Management of UK Accounts Payable post, inbox & Accounts Payable enquiries
• Full control and maintenance of accounts department filing system including filing of invoices and T&E expenses
• Additional ad hoc reporting and projects where required

The right person for this position will have at least a year's Accounts Payable experience and have solid excel skills.

The firm will provide study support should you wish to study towards an accountancy qualification.
