Where you fit in…

You'll be joining a well-established Finance department within a Leading Business in the Travel and Tourism Industry.

Your role:

• You will be responsible for overseeing a small accounts payable team and take ownership of the group's Accounts Payable functions.
• You will ensure work is allocated in an efficient and effective manner.
• You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement; implementing process's when needed.
• You will be responsible for organising regular 1-2-1 and team meetings with the Accounts Payable team and assist with developing and training within the team.

What you need…

You'll need to be the kind of person who is a self-starter with the ambition to progress within the business. You will have strong numeracy and analytical skills with the ability to investigate queries thoroughly and accurately. Experience being a team leader is not essential, however having strong effective leadership skills and having the ability to motivate and inspire a team is essential.
