A world leading media consultancy based in west London is currently is currently recruiting for a Senior P2P & Payments Associate to join their fast pace team.

Managing the onshore payments team, your main responsibilities will be to ensure smooth operation of the P2P path escalation by working with operating brands, handle enquiries and provide excellent customer service, ensure all payments are made on time and are compliant with company policy, manage SOX controls and relevant documentation, manage relationships with key suppliers for operating brands and manage relationships with offshore outsourced provider to ensure deadlines are met.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years working in P2P. You will have the ability to work well as a team as well as independently and must have good communication skills and confident when working with non-finance staff and suppliers. Previous supervisory/ managerial experience is desirable and you must have the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Strong Excel skills are essential and knowledge of Maconomy would be beneficial.
