Accounts Payable Supervisor / Trafford / £25K - £28K / Permanent

I am representing a very well-established company, based in Trafford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to take on a familiar role, with a view to gain a full understanding of all duties within the department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the end to end, purchase ledger process
• Manage a small team of Purchase Ledger Clerks
• Process invoices on time and follow all control procedures
• To ensure suppliers are paid promptly, on time and within agreed terms
• Create and process monthly payment runs
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Payment remittances and updating with suppliers to compare ledger
• Excel data manipulation
• Process improvements

Job Skills:

• 1yrs + previous experience of a Accounts Payable Supervisor role
• Excel Skills - Intermediate
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
