This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced and dynamic Retail company working in a Finance team of 16. You will be an integral part of the Accounts Payable team, reporting in to the AP Manager. The role will intially be a 6 month contract, with a view to then be made permenant.

In this role, your core duties will be:

• Matching, batching and coding of invoices
• Obtaining invoice authorisation and ensuring these are within company policy
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Building relationships with suppliers and dealing with their queries
• Scanning, archiving of invoices
• Developing a good working relationship with sites and other staff
