A reputable not for profit organsation based in the heart of London are looking for a sales ledger clerk to join their small, yet dynamic finance team.

Reporting directly in to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating all sales ledgers for new and existing customers.

Duties include:

• Creating and posting invoices
• Reconciling remittances and control accounts
• Maintain all sales ledgers on a daily basis
• Reconciling monthly VAT totals
• Provide monthly sales analysis
• Provide an aged debt and collections analysis
• Identify potential bad debts
• End of reporting such as preparing details for accrued income
• Process customer receipts and refunds
• Ad hoc support across the team

The successful candidate will have some previous sales ledger/accounts receivable experience and ideally studying towards AAT
