My client, a leading global investment management company based in Dublin are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Dublin. The length of this assignment is 50 weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience supporting senior management with global responsibilities in a fast paced global financial services firm.

Some of these responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing schedules, calendars, scheduling of meetings and providing process and track expense reports and reimbursements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years corporate administrative experience in roles that interfaced with external clients. You will be a team player, extremely motivated, resourceful, orgaized, communicative and able to complete tasks independently with solid attention to detail.
