Duties and Responsibilities

Required Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and experience quality checking other's work.
• Good understanding of Regulation and specifically FATCA and CRS where possible, and in relation to interpreting requirements to assess investor documentation to ascertain if it is sufficient to meet requirements, or if remediation required.
• Accurate and organized, with an ability to work under pressure.
• Team oriented and enthusiastic
• Excellent communications skills

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of the Registration Services and Transfer Agency functions.
• Background in implementing Regulations pertaining to Registration would be optimal
• Excellent administrative and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel, and AWD a bonus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Sound procedural, technical and product knowledge of the Transfer Agency business is desired.
• Typically candidate will have 4-5 years' experience in a similar environment, including at least 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory capacity.
