One of the UK's leading investment managers is looking to hire an ACA qualified accountant to join their fund finance team. The scope of the role will be broad and you will be involved in fund management, investor relations and fund structuring. Specifically, you will be:

• Managing the cash needs and coordinating the use of the fund facility
• Assisting in the valuation process with the deal team
• Coordinating quarterly investor updates
• Supporting the fundraising process by reviewing due diligence questionnaires
• Setting up the legal structure of deals with the legal team
• Assisting with winding up of legacy funds partnerships
• Ad hoc projects and duties as and when required

The ideal candidate will be ACA recently qualified accountant with experience in auditing funds from either big 4 or a mid-tier practice, or experience in fund accounting through either an administrator or an accountancy firm.

Remuneration is in the region of £55,000.00 with exceptional bonus potential and other benefits.
