Recruitment Consultant - Finance

Marks Sattin is a leading finance recruiter in London and we're seeking candidates with drive and ambition to pursue a career in recruitment. You will ideally already work in sales and/or have experienced in business development, account management or similar - all training is provided!

A career in recruitment is extremely rewarding, it is one of very industries that allows you to be in control of your own earnings and fast track your career progression (and bank balance!) There are no pre-requirement however those who already work in sales environment will have the advantage of already being able to interact with candidates and clients fast tracking their progress.

This is a full end to end recruitment role focusing on working with household brands and clients (you will no doubt be familiar with some clients without even realising!) You'll be given plenty of training and investment in your career with a clear induction plan in place from day one and the support needed to ensure you get up to speed quickly. You'll need to be driven, self-motivated, money orientated and keen to pursue a career in a sales based and target driven role.
