A large Irish Manufacturer with a European footprint are seeking a French speaking Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team.

This is a permanent full time position with flexibility regarding working hours (amount of hours/start and finish times)

Your duties will include the following:

• Entering Purchase Invoices - coding and posting
• Entering Sales Invoices
• Bank Reconciliations / Cash Book
• Supplier Payments Online
• Processing Expense Claims
• Liaising with advisors in France (e.g. payroll providers, auditors, tax advisors) to provide information required. There will not be required to process payroll or file tax returns, we will use advisors in France for this.
• Credit control - with assistance of France team
• Handling all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function for France
• Posting journals - e.g. payroll journals, stock journals
• Filing historical records and retrieving documents as required
• Providing admin and clerical support as required
• Additional duties as designated by management
• Reporting to Financial Controller
