We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant for a fast-growing business based in Bradford.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing statutory accounts
• Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with VAT reports
• Posting journals
• Assisting with month end close
• Accruals and prepayments
• Reconciling fixed asset schedules
• Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets
• Maintaining excel spreadsheets
• Providing ad hoc financial analysis
• Providing support to the wider Finance and Project teams

Requirements

• Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA Accountant
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience of working in a busy team focussed environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Proficient analytical and numerical skills.
