A leading international Real Estate business based in central London are currently looking to appoint an Accountant to join their busy and fast paced finance team.

Reporting into the senior finance manager, your primary focus will be ensuring accurate accounting through the use of the finance department processes and procedures, production of reporting and analysis of department performance, business partnering with divisional/department heads and assist with the preparation of budgeting and forecasting for the business.

Duties include:

• Production of balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with the groups quarterly revenue recognition
• Play a key role in month end process
• Accurate and timely production of financial reports and associated information
• Owning department P&L's
• Assist with statutory accounts
• Production of monthly and quarterly department packs including variance analysis commentary
• Ad hoc support

The successful candidate will be Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA and will have strong excel skills.

US GAAP experience is desirable
