A leading Property company based in West London are seeking qualified candidates to join their offices on a long term contract of between 12-18 months. Alternatively for the right candidate there may be the potential offer for permanency.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the oversight of the finance function-including a finance team of up to 10 people
• Overseeing the preparation of quarterly accounts and ensuring month end is both accurate and timely
• Business partnering with non-financial operations, providing financial assessments for effective decision making
• Implementing process improvements and ensuring that controls are maintained and enforced
• Ad hoc project work

Desirable skills

• Previous property experience is an essential requirement
• ACA/ACCA accounting degree or an equivalent qualification
• A working knowledge of FRS102
