Assistant Management Accountant / £26K / Deeside / 12 month FTC

My client looking for an experienced & part qualified finance professional, for a 12 month fixed term contract position. The role offers a competitive salary and a fantastic working environment.

Duties:

• Month End accounts production with variance analysis
• Journal posting and adjustment journals
• Preparing Accruals & Prepayments
• Support external and internal audit
• Preparation of Balance sheet accounts
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Cash reconciliation
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
• Purchase order review and analysis
• Process intercompany transactions
• Aged debt management
• Monthly analysis and investigation of P&L variances
• Adhere to group reporting deadlines
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Supervision of Accounts Assistant

Experience required:

• Part Qualified
• SAP/Sage experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
