We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant for our client based in North Birmingham.

In this role you will be working over various sites in North Birmingham helping to produce their monthly Management Accounts.

In this role you will be responsible for...

• Sales and Purchase Ledger
• Bookkeeping
• Bank reconciliations
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Monthly and Year End Accounts
• Monthly variance analysis and commentary on accounts
• Support the Finance Manager with any ad-hoc reporting as is necessary

The ideal candidate...

• AAT Qualified or Part way through an Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Able to drive
• Experience of at least two years in finance
• Practice trained (Preferred but not essential)

Salary: £22,000 to £25,000
