- Manage Finance Clerk & Reception
- Produce and develop operational reports for the Customer
- Produce site statistics and monitor KPIs
- Analyse operational and financial data in order to explain trends and justify expenditure levels
- Develop new reports to aide management as required
- Support Projects
- Assist in the preparation of Budgets and Forecasts
- Maintain resource database integrity
- Time and Attendance and payroll data integrity and reporting including payroll checks
- Collation and analysis of the site's weekly labour utilisation by activity
- Cover for Finance Clerk duties including production of weekly accounts and statistics, balance sheet reconciliation and production of period end reports.
Key requirements:
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Experience with Oracle systems and Time & Attendance systems essential
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills necessary including creating complex formulae essential
- Competent, conscientious, self motivated, enthusiastic and flexible
- Must be part qualified CIMA/ACCA with aim to complete studies (This role would suit someone at the early stages of their CIMA/ACCA)
- Supervisory experience would be advantageous
