My client, a global fund administration organisation based in Dublin are currently recruiting for an AVP Investor Services professional to join their growing Investor Services team on a permanent basis. There is massive potential for career progression within the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Investor Services Administrators and supervise their work to ensure it is of the highest quality standards
- Ensure that the team operates efficiently, adheres to procedures, requirements and best practices
- Arrange and assess work of team members for accuracy and completeness
- Recruit, train, motivate and develop staff to ensure a fully functioning team
- Embrace regular team meetings and create an environment of good communication
- Key member of the department management team, charged with progressing a variety of initiatives
- Promote and support a culture of best practice to clients
- Ensure that Investor Services deliverables set out are achieved
- Create a change culture
- Support and drive new product enhancements, develop best practice and support the build out of capacity and scale within the organization.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years investor services experience in Fund Administration with at least 2 years in a management capacity is essential
- Third level degree is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
