Job Title: Associate Consultant | Dublin | Permanent | €50-70k per year

My client, based in Dublin, are currently recruiting for an Associate Consultant to join their consulting department on a permanent basis. You will gain excellent exposure to funds compliance, funds governance and monitoring regulatory developments impacting the funds industry.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing fund documentation including prospectus, KIID, Business Plan and RMP documentation
• Reviewing reports provided by Auditors, Administrators, Custodians and Investment Managers to investment fund company boards
• Ensuring funds compliance with UCITS/AIFMD
• Monitoring regulatory developments impacting the funds industry
• Undertaking research across a wide range of investment fund topics as requested by Senior Consultants

Requirements:

• Minimum five/six years experience in the funds/investment management industry is essential
• A detailed understanding of mutual/hedge fund operations
• Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
• Clarity of analysis and of expression, both verbal and oral
• A professional qualification is essential (legal/accounting/CFA)
• A commitment to on-going professional and personal development
