Our Client, a leading Irish Practice and part of an international network, is looking for an accounting professional to join their growing audit team in their Galway office. The role will give you broad exposure across Industry sectors and the broad client portfolio will allow for significant professional development. They are looking for an ambitious, qualified (or nearly so) auditor preferably with experience in a large or medium size practice.

Responsibilities will include:

* A portfolio of audit clients across a range of industries
* Planning audits and managing their completion
* Preparing and reviewing audit work papers
* Preparing and reviewing financial statements
* Assisting in the training junior audit staff

The client is particularly interested in either fully or nearly qualified candidates from large or medium sized practices with a strong technical background and experience working with a broad range of clients.
