Start your job searchTop 30 Practice are looking for an Audit Senior to join their Charity and Not-for-Profit team who provide quality accounting and auditing services to a varied range of valued clients.
Tasks include:
- Providing auditing services to a wide range of not-for-profit organisations, including charities and educational organisations
- Providing general accounting services and assistance to clients
- Preparing accounts, including consolidated accounts, from both manual and computerised accounting records
- Recommending improvements to clients' accounting systems and controls
- Briefing, supervising and reviewing the work of junior members of the team
Skills required
- Keen interest in not-for-profit organisations.
- A proactive and personal approach to client service will coincide with our focus on providing exceptional service, trust and approachability.
Requirements
Essential
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- A levels or equivalent
- Audit; planning; preparation of statutory accounts; full audit completion
- Must have a strong audit bias
- Able to delegate; able to review and file junior team members' work
Desirable
- Degree (minimum 2:2)
- Audit of not-for-profit organisations
- Group audit experience
Rewards attached to this position are £45,000 to £47,000 per year plus excellent benefits
