Job Title: AML AVP | Dublin | Permanent | Excellent Salary & Benefits

My client, based in Dublin are currently recruiting for an AML AVP to join their expanding AML Investor Services department. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with the company and work with one of the leading global banks across Europe. My client has one of the strongest reputations in the Dublin market.

Responsibillities:

  • Supervise a team of Investor Services Administrators and oversee their work to ensure it is of the highest quality standards.
  • Arrange and assist in key project deliverables Complete in-house and external reporting accurately and timely to named recipients
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, motivation and development of staff
  • Hold regular team meetings and create an environment of good communication
  • Key member of the department management team, charged with progressing a variety of initiatives
  • Act as main point of contact for Risk Management and Compliance for the Investor Services Department.
  • Ensure familiarity with industry best practices around support of anti-money laundering and regulatory reporting processes
  • Work closely with Compliance department
  • Foster and support a culture of best practice
  • Ensure that Investor Services deliverables are achieved
  • Liaise with clients to identify and implement service requirements
  • Help foster and cultivate a change culture
  • Support and drive new product enhancements, develop best practice
  • Encourage a programme of continuous improvement for the team to either mitigate risks or improve client experiences
  • Review documentation and application forms

Requirements:

  • 6-8 Years' Experience in Fund Administration with at least 2 years at management level is essential
  • Knowledge of NTAS, MFTA and Advent Partner software applications is desirable
