Ownership of several CBB areas is on offer. This an opportunity for someone looking to further their careers and make a difference with scope to further help and improve the processes for data gathering analysis, billings and customer query resolution. Working closely with some exciting new products about to drop, this person will help design the data flow and billing management of these products.

You will be responsible for:

• Owning Microsoft CSP
• Billing processes and platforms
• Supporting existing CBB team
• Resolving billings queries
• Develop documentation for revenue streams
• Improving finance and it processes
• Centralised billing platform for products

Successful candidates will be:

• Highly numerate and comfortable working with large quantities of data
• Eye for detail
• Experience in billings platforms and processes
• An interest in IT services and platforms
• Ability to adapt to change
