Duties

• Posting purchase ledger invoices
• Statement reconciliations
• Supplier payments
• Credit control
• Raising sales invoices
• Posting invoice and customer receipts to sales ledger
• Daily reconciliation of sales ledger control to invoice - discount finance providers facility
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Journal postings
• Updating cash flow forecast
• Weekly payroll
• Ad hoc duties as required

Person Spec

• Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA/AAT or Qualified by experience
• Good communication skills
• Hardworking and driven
• Self-motivated
• Previous experience of Invoice discounting (Essential)
• Credit control experience (Advantageous)

Systems Experience

• Intermediate excel including lookups and pivot tablet (Essential)
• Sage (Essential)
• Xero (Desirable
