A fantastic opportunity as Brands & Marketing Commercial Finance Manager for globally recognised FMCG group. The role has a dotted line into the UKCFO, the Brands Director while also a direct link to the International marketing NPD team. An outline of your duties:

• Acting as a key finance business partner to the teams
• Helping to drive and prepare sound business cases and new innovations
• Working closely with category and sales teams on pricing and promotional strategies
• Reviewing business performance and highlighting issues and trends
• Ensuring stretching KPIs and performance targets are visible and embedded within the category team
• Supporting and challenging the category team in all areas of investments and profit improvement e.g. marketing spend
• Representing finance at meetings, innovation forums etc. and providing challenge and financial insight
• Reviewing monthly volume, TM and marketing spend forecasts and challenging areas of concern
• Supporting the other Individual Brand Finance Managers through shared ways of working and participating in cross category projects
