-) Significant experience as Senior Business Analyst (5+yrs), with experience in Financial Services or Insurance

-) As Senior Business Analyst you will be an integral hub for change & growth, part of a long-term change programme to drive business & IT driven transformation where technology is a business enabler.

-) You will understand business change needs & document the requirements, providing support & assistance throughout the whole software development lifecycle.

-) Demonstrable experience of business analysis & requirements management in the UK insurance market, using an agile framework such as Scrum

-) Ideally you will have ISEB Business Analysis qualification

-) Any experience of the following is highly desirable & a strong advantage - Knowledge of price comparison sites, knowledge of general insurance applications & process modeling tools
