Business Analyst

One of the world's largest real estate companies has an exciting opportunity to join the well-established technology team as a Business Analyst based in the city of London. This is a permanent position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of reporting and analytics for the firm's database. The successful candidate will have great experience building reports, developing reports for the client's portfolio and supporting the operational teams. A good knowledge using SQL and Oracle would be very desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the firm's portfolio reporting in Excel, Tableau and SSRS
  • Reconcile changes to the portfolio on a monthly basis
  • Assure data integrity and effective validation of all reports produced
  • Provide analytics insights and develop analytics projects
  • Prepare reports, analysis and presentations for internal and external purposes both adhoc and per a monthly timetable
  • Effectively deal with ad-hoc tasks and reports

Key Skills

  • Fluent with Excel
  • Working knowledge of VBA
  • SQL knowledge
  • Experience with Oracle
  • Working with large databases
  • Experienced in using BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik View, Microsoft Power BI
