Exciting opportunity to join a growing Business Change team at a global FTSE 100 business, the team is growing and looking to add an ambitious individual who must have Business Change Consultancy experience, ideally 2-3 years. This is an exciting time to join a thriving business which is growing it's portfolio and implementing a number of exciting programmes.
There are a number of major programmes taking place across the business, the Business Change team will be at the centre of these initiatives to advise and lead the implement the business change strategy. This individual will be a key player in the team, working with experienced colleagues, offering a fantastic opportunity to take on responsibilities from day one, but also be supported and trained by knowledgeable and inspiring peers in a company thats invests and develops its staff.

Excellent salary and package offered
Must have Business Change expeirience in a Consultancy, ideally 2-3 years experience deliverying change management projects/programmes
Responsibilities include;
- Building Business Change methodology
- Implementing and communicating new ways of working
- Designing and delivery world class training
- Be an influential contributor to the Business Change work stream
- Ensure employee adoption of key changes
- Key role in a lean, driven and experienced Business Change team
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder engagement
