Marks Sattin are currently working with a Leeds based business to assist with the recruitment of a Business Change Programme Manager.

Responsibilities;

• Manage the end to end delivery of programmes and projects.
• Improve the approach the project team adopts.
• Sets improvement agenda across people, process and technology.
• Project admin and documentation.
• Act as point of contact for project team.

Skills;

• Influencing and persuasion skills, ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams.
• Track record of delivering programmes within a technically complex and dynamic environment.
• Experience of successfully managing the delivery of multiple projects.
• Able to successfully engage senior management and groups of stakeholders.
• Prince 2
