Start your job searchMarks Sattin are currently working with a well-known Legal firm to assist with the recruitment of a Business Change Project Manager.
You will work to identify, shape and lead business improvement projects, ensuring alignment with operational strategy and future operating model. The successful candidate will work with a team of Business Analysts in ensuring sustainable and measurable solutions are generated.
Duties;
- Matrix management of internal delivery teams, 3rd parties & SME's.
- Chairing regular project updates .
- Maintaining key relationships with IT, HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing.
- Define approach for project appropriate to size / scale, collaborative creation of plans, assurance of delivery to cost / time / quality.
- Creation & maintenance of key project artefacts, ensuring decision making and escalation paths are clear and defined.
- Stakeholder engagement, maintaining clear progress updates to sponsor and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all project risk is captured.
- Author and owner of comms plan.
- Management of budget.
Key Skills;
- Have appropriate professional qualifications in change management, project management or process improvement.
- Experience of working in a similar role.
- Knowledge of working in a professional services industry.
- Working knowledge of multiple analysis techniques.
