Renowned Media company is seeking a BI support analyst / BI technical support analyst / BI support specialist / Data Support based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BI support analyst to demonstrate their skills & knowledge and be an integral part of the team in this forward thinking organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring requests & occurrences are adhered to, providing second line support and will have exposure to developing the business through testing. This opportunity is perfect for an individual who is motivated by Business Intelligence and IT and is looking to pursue their career in a fantastic, and credible company.

Skills and Experiences:

-) Experience within the Business Intelligence field, including Business Objects, Tableau and Service Now.

-) Expert knowledge of SQL, Python and Power BI is nice to have

-) ITIL Certified is highly desirable

-) Experience of providing support up to level two, working alongside SLA's

-) Experience with managing requests and incidents with evidence of resolution & managing technical issues

-) Expertise in managing documentation surrounding technical support & managing data analysis

-) Experience within the Business Intelligence field, including Business Objects, Tableau and Service Now.

-) Solid knowledge of SQL, Python and Power BI is nice to have

-) Experience as Business Intelligence support analyst, Business Intelligence technical support analyst, Business Intelligence support specialist, BI support analyst, BI technical support analyst, BI support specialist, Data support analyst, Data technical support analyst, Data support specialist or similar
