Marks Sattin are currently working with an Education & Training organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Business Process Analyst. They require someone to interpret documentation and write communications which will share this with the wider business. This role will centre around the interpretation of guidance and then communicating this out.

You will need to design and incorporate appropriate guidance and procedural documentation, reference material, processes and resource that is suitable for a portfolio of contracts, designed for specific audiences. These will inform and communicate the requirements that need to be met to deliver each contract and service.

Key Skills;

• Exposure & understanding of contractual requirements.
• Ability to interrogate guidance and interpret contractual requirements.
• Experience of the design of detailed guidance and procedural documentation.
• Knowledge of Visio & Word.
