Our client is a PE Backed Business Services looking to continue its international expansion plan and requires an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead their finance function. The business will require a hands-on CFO to manage the finance function and daily operations, timely and effective reporting, and the implementation of KPIs, processes, and controls of the business.

As CFO you will have a proactive hands on approach and leadership skills will allow you to make a positive effect on the business. The CFO will be someone who can perform at board level confidently, positioned firmly with the CEO to work closely with the PE investors and broader management team.

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered
• Been in an Autonomous CFO/FD role previously preferably backed by Investors
• Have extensive, and a proven track record, of working within a Private Equity Backed Business Services sector.
• Proven transactional record including but not limited to; acquisitions and intergrations,m and a and exits.
• Knowledge and experience of working in International based business.
• An individual who is excited about assisting with growth both commercially and financially.
