Our client is a private-equity backed technology business who are looking for a CFO who will lead the business through the next phase of its growth trajectory to a successful exit. This is an exciting company who are high-scaling in a fascinating industry and rapidly changing market. For this CFO role the client would consider a late mover out of practice, working in transactional services with significant deal exposure. You must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) and be highly analytical, as well as having a close attention to detail. You will also need to be a capable communicator, and be able to present to both investors and shareholders. This will be an exciting role for someone looking to make a move into a CFO role.

The CFO responsibilities will include supporting the CEO and the leadership team and taking responsibility for the financial function. Additionally, the CFO will commercialise the business, create KPIs and strategic metrics, as well as improving full board reporting in preparation for exit. You'll be an instrumental part of the leadership team, partnering with and presenting to the private equity house. As the financial number one, you will be crucial in planning the future growth of the company and realising the company vision.
