Midlands based PE Backed Manufacturing Business is seeking an experienced CFO to partner with the CEO and drive the continued growth of the business, ensuring their continued success. As CFO you will have complete ownership of the finance function and a broad operational and commercial remit across the business.

Join a strong executive team you will be reporting to the CEO and working closely with the company's board and PE Backers. You can expect your position's remit to grow further as the company expands, affording you significant responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the finance function and key input into the strategic direction of the business. This includes a deep level of cooperation with some of the field's outstanding professionals.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with a background as autonomous CFO in manufacturing, construction or a related sector. A background in a PE Backed or leveraged business is highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the continued success and growth of an exciting business.
