An exciting opportunity has arisen in a rapidly growing PE backed software company for a results orientated CFO. Reporting to the CEO the CFO will be an integral member of the executive team. Their key focus will be to lead a high performance finance team, supporting and challenging the other departments. This is a company with a strong commercial outlook and a focus on quality.

Driving improvements and upgrades in existing financial systems and structures, the CFO will create insightful and robust modelling to guide the Board's understanding of KPIs and value drivers. Working closely with the Private Equity backers you will be expected to manage the development of business strategy and planning while keeping a close eye on the cash management and income retention of the business. You will manage the professionalization of the business and be the main point of contact for the banks and financial advisors.

The ideal CFO candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with a proven track record in a high growth environment and a background in software. Previous experience of working in a private equity/highly leveraged/multi-stakeholder environment is highly desirable. Our client is looking for someone available immediately or at short notice.
