As CFO, you will have to prepare the finance function and determine strategy to support your fellow executives, the board, and the rapidly expanding business. You should possess a strong track record in adding value through M&A including exposure to high-level leadership in a leveraged background.

The role requires a broad skill set, as you will have to manage technical accounting in detail as well as multiple stakeholders, from current employees to the private equity backers and banking relationships.
