A PE Backed Business to Business Organisation based in the North West is seeking a CFO to join the board as a key member and partner to the CEO. With full responsibility for the finance function, the CFO will be a crucial contributor in taking the company into its next phase.

As the number one in finance, the CFO will have full responsibility for professionalizing and managing the finance function, implementing key KPIs systems, processes, and controls, in order to professionalise the business. Working in partnership with the CEO, developing, delivering and evaluating the overall strategy for the business the CFO will be charged with maintaining strong relationships with investors and banking institutes.

The CFO will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), preferably chartered, with extensive experience as CFO and a background in PE backed or leveraged business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and an ability to lead and inspire their team. The ideal candidate will be available immediately or at short notice.
